Salesfive is a fast-paced environment that keeps on expanding. As of now, Salesfive is operating on 5 locations providing their clients with a team of experts within the entire DACH region. While the business is expanding managing various locations becomes more complex. At first Salesfive's HR wasn't a big department - everything was based on excel files, which made it hard to collaborate with other departments and therefore created a lack of communication.

Our main challenge was that employee data was stored in different places & we didn't have one central data where our data would be stored. We wanted to be more efficient within our HR department, to focus more on analytics, reporting, and generally automate our processes.
