Salesforce World Tour Munich 23
The Salesforce World Tour in Munich was an uplifting experience. It's always a pleasure to meet new people from all over the world who are part of the Salesforce community.
Once again, we were impressed by the incredible level of organization and the enthusiasm everyone had for collaborating together. This week was no different, with a great mix of integration partners, solution engineers, customers, account executives, founders, developers, and more!
A big thank you to Salesfive for hosting amazing pre- and post-World Tour events. It was wonderful to meet and greet some fresh faces!
Here are some key takeaways from the main event:
- Agents in the sales industry spend up to 10 hours on manual, repetitive processes across 8 different applications every week. Fortunately, Salesforce can help streamline these tasks – and any industry can reap the rewards.
- Salesforce HR capabilities might not be as well known as its other features within the Salesforce community. However, that’s changing quickly.
- Ensuring you have the right enablement strategies and adequate training is absolutely vital to make sure you are taking full advantage of the platform.
- Einstein AI is a remarkable step forward in collecting deep insights from Salesforce data and advanced analytics predictions.
We’re already looking forward to the next Salesforce World Tour! See you there?
