New Timesheet View
The new and improved timesheet in the flair HR app provides a lot more detail. It gives you a clear overview of employees' daily time entries.
You'll see a status icon indicating if employees' tracked time meets, exceeds, or falls short of the target, with non-working days marked separately.
The timesheet also displays the day and date, time worked, target time, and the difference between them. If enabled, your accumulated time balance is shown as well.
For more details, you can expand entries to see timestamps, who logged the time, and the entry's source. A bar graph function also visualizes daily recorded times, total tracked time, cumulative balance, absence hours, and public holidays.

Assigning Additional Manager Permissions
We’re making the delegation of tasks much easier with a new way to add additional managers and responsibilities in the flair HR app on Salesforce. With just a few clicks, you can now grant specific employees the ability to manage tasks such as absence approvals, shift planning, expenses, and access to other management data.
This update further simplifies role management and ensures that the right individuals have the appropriate access, helping our customers manage their teams more efficiently and maintain clear oversight of responsibilities and data access.
