We are excited to announce the launch of our new JOIN integration, designed to streamline your recruitment process and make it easier than ever to post job ads on multiple platforms. With JOIN, you can post advertisements to 10+ free job boards in just one click, and receive all candidates from JOIN directly into flair.
Set Up JOIN Integration
Setting up the integration is simple. Open the flair HR app in Salesforce and click on the HR Admin tab in the navigation bar. Next, select Integrations and click on JOIN to connect. Add your API token from join.com, and choose a Mapped Location that matches the office location you are recruiting for.
Advertise a Job
Once set up, you can easily create or link a job posting on join.com and other platforms with just one click. In the flair Recruiting App, simply open the job you want to advertise and click on the Advertising tab. Fill in the required publishing fields, including Name, Description, Salary, Job Category, and Employee Type. Scroll down to create or link a job posting on JOIN to automatically create the job posting on multiple platforms. You'll then receive a confirmation message in the flair HR app, letting you know that your job is now live on join.com and other platforms.
