Our platform offers a wide range of functions to support HR departments and the management of their employees. The data is stored on the Salesforce platform, which provides the basis for the flair.hr solution and ensures the highest security standards.
flair HR offers a flexible and scalable solution that adapts to the specific needs of your organization while enabling user-friendly and efficient management of your HR processes and the associated personnel.
1.1 Module: Time and Attendance
● Self Service Portal for employees: Enables employees to manage their attendance times and absences independently.
● Absence and holiday management: Management of holiday requests and absences.
● Time recording and project time recording: Recording of working times and allocation to projects.
● Digital personnel file and master data management: centralized management of employee information.
● flair Mobile App: Available for iOS and Android for mobile time recording and management.
