flair.hr is a comprehensive, cloud-based HR software solution that has been specially developed to efficiently manage and optimize complex company structures. Our platform offers a wide range of functions to support HR departments and the management of their employees. The data is stored on the Salesforce platform, which provides the basis for the flair.hr solution and ensures the highest security standards.

flair HR offers a flexible and scalable solution that adapts to the specific needs of your organization while enabling user-friendly and efficient management of your HR processes and the associated personnel.

 

1.1 Module: Time and Attendance

●     Self Service Portal for employees: Enables employees to manage their attendance times and absences independently.

●     Absence and holiday management: Management of holiday requests and absences.

●     Time recording and project time recording: Recording of working times and allocation to projects.

●     Digital personnel file and master data management: centralized management of employee information.

●     flair Mobile App: Available for iOS and Android for mobile time recording and management.

1.2 Module: HR Administration

●     Workflow management: Automated workflows for HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.

●     Document Management & E-Signing: Management of documents and digital signature functions.

●     Position Management and Org Chart: Management of positions and organizational structures.

●     Inventory Management: Management of company resources.

●     Org Chart and Intranet: organization chart and internal communication portal.

●     HR helpdesk and ticketing incl. whistleblowing function: support system for HR enquiries and reports.

●     Reports and dashboards: Analyses and reports for HR key figures.

1.3 Module: Performance management

●     Performance appraisals: Evaluation of employee performance.

●     Feedback cycles: Regular feedback rounds and evaluations.

●     Company Goals and OKRs: Management and tracking of company, departmental and personal goals (OKRs).

●     Employee surveys and check-ins: Surveys and regular status enquiries.

●     Skill management: Management of employee skills.

●     Career portal: Customized career site for applicants to register applications (includes: 250 active job advertisements per month).

●     Multiposting: Multiposting: Extended functions for the publication of organic job adverts (including: 100 active job adverts per month).

●     Bring your Contract: Integration of existing contracts from career portals for job advertising.

1.6 Module: Payroll

●     Datev export: Seamless import process with preparatory DATEV file.

●     Preparatory payroll accounting: Support with payroll accounting.

●     Payroll Territories: Management of payrolls in different companies, regions or countries.

●     Wage types: Management of various salary types.

●     Cost centers: Allocation of salary costs.

●     Data export: Export of salary data via CSV, ASCII, PDF and other formats.

●     Expense management: Management of expenses and receipts.

1.7 Module: Shift planner

●     Shift management: planning and management of shifts.

●     Skills management: Assignment of employees based on skills.

●     Self Service Portal: Employees can manage their shifts themselves.

●     Export and print version: Export and print shift plans.
