Based in the USA, Axis Interior Systems is a flourishing merit shop flooring contractor renowned for its expertise in all types of commercial floor coverings.

With a team of more than 40 skilled professionals, they have mastered the art of transforming spaces through intricate terrazzo patterns and carpeting solutions alike.

Axis Interior Systems has a diverse workforce, from office-based administrators and salespeople to employees who work on the road such as drivers and laborers. Before flair, the HR structure of Axis Interior Solutions was “extremely fragmented” to pull together, according to Mr. Ansari. This system may have worked but it was a “time-consuming” pursuit, involving a lot of spreadsheets and documents.

Since 2022, flair has been able to provide Axis Interior Solutions with a sound human resources foundation on which they have built a series of great HR processes that work for all employees.

”What flair was able to do for us was bring harmony into our process. flair brought a very good HR framework for us to work inside of. It gave us a system of protocols so that we could communicate internally and manage HR with our employees. We now have an effective software that is definitely helping us,” says Michael.

Axis Interior Systems considered a number of HR solution alternatives but decided to onboard with flair due to its cost benefits and connection to Salesforce.

”What really tipped the balance for us was that we liked how flair integrated with Salesforce. It lives in that ecosystem quite nicely,” according to Jason Casson, a manager at Axis Interior Systems.
