Since starting out in 2016, Salesfive has been on a steep growth trajectory, now employing around 240 people in eight locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In such a fast-growing business, it’s even more important to have efficient HR processes in place. That’s one of the reasons that Salesfive teamed up with flair to implement a new HR solution built on Salesforce.

Our main challenge was that employee data was stored in different places & we didn't have one central data where our data would be stored. We wanted to be more efficient within our HR department, to focus more on analytics, reporting, and generally automate our processes.

Managing Multiple Locations With a Small HR Team

Salesfive is a fast-paced environment that keeps on expanding. As of now, Salesfive is operating on 5 locations providing their clients with a team of experts within the entire DACH region. At first Salesfive's HR wasn't a big department - everything was based on excel files, which made it hard to collaborate with other departments and therefore created a lack of communication

Recruiting Funnels:

Using flair, hiring managers have a detailed overview of which stage each candidate is in and can easily share their candidate evaluations.

Onboarding Workflows:

New hires at Salesfive receive a list of onboarding tasks to complete in the Employee Hub, helping them to quickly settle into their new role.

Absence Management:

It’s now much easier to approve absences, see how many people are off sick, and forecast staff availability.
