We’re interested in using flair ourselves – what is the process?

Many flair partners are also satisfied flair customers, using the solution in their own organizations. This not only improves their HR processes, but also gives them hands-on experience with the product and allows them to request new features and improvements.

Do all employees need a Salesforce license to use flair?

No, only HR or admin users require a Salesforce license. This is because there are two different sides to the flair solution.

On the one side, you have our HR and Recruiting apps that are accessed through Salesforce. Here is where HR and admin users can configure flair, setting up processes, workflows, and more detailed reports.

On the other side, there is the Employee Hub, accessed via web browser or the flair mobile app. This is a self-service employee portal where staff and managers can handle daily HR tasks such as absence requests, time tracking, performance reviews, and more. The Employee Hub is synchronized with the Salesforce apps in real time, but does not require a Salesforce license to access.

Is it possible to request customizations for clients?

Yes. As a modular solution built on Salesforce, flair is highly customizable. If you have clients with specific needs, we will consider requests for customizations and enhancements that tailor flair to their requirements.

Does flair provide partner training and sales support?

As a flair partner, you'll receive comprehensive training on all aspects of the HR solution. We offer a range of resources to ensure you're well-equipped to promote, implement, and customize flair.

Our partner training program includes access to learning material and regular meetings with our partner manager. In addition to training, we also provide sales support.
