New updates for the new year!

We're beginning 2025 with a bang. You can look forward to a new performance management feature and six feature improvements to enhance your experience with flair.

In the spotlight this time: a new performance analytics view in Salesforce. Read on for more details and other exciting updates.

Performance Review Analytics

Gain deeper insights into your performance reviews with our new analytics view in Salesforce. Visualize rating distributions, compare responses across questions, and analyze trends with dynamic charts. Filter by location and other parameters to get the exact insights you need for better decision-making.

Improved Project Team Visibility

We've added a new tab to Projects in Salesforce, giving you a quick overview of all employees assigned to a specific project. This makes it easier to coordinate teams and manage resources, without needing to switch pages.

Consolidated Talent Notes

Ever made a note about a job candidate, but lost it among your large talent pool? Our new update solves this problem, bringing all candidate and talent notes together in one view. You can filter by funnel stage and see which position each note relates to, giving you a more comprehensive picture of candidate evaluations.

You can see this new view by opening the Notes tab on a candidate or talent profile.

Document Generation Default Visibility

When creating templates for document generation, you can now configure the default visibility. Documents generated from this template will then be automatically assigned these visibility settings, saving you time and reducing mistakes.

You can choose whether managers, employees, or only HR staff can view a generated document by default.

Multi-Entity Visibility Scopes

Experience improved record sharing across multiple entities in Salesforce. This enhancement ensures proper access control and visibility for users working across different organizational units, making record management more efficient and secure.

Customizable Recruiting Traffic Lights

It's now possible to customize the Traffic Light field in candidate records, giving you a better indication of hiring status and progress. To adjust recruiting traffic lights, open Salesforce Setup, Custom Settings and select Flair Candidate Settings. From there you can edit the green and yellow traffic light periods.

Enhanced Salesforce Commenting

Last but not least, we've added mentions to our Salesforce apps. You can now mention a colleague by typing @ and their name in a comment. If that person has the necessary permissions, they will receive a notification, helping make sure that your comments in Salesforce don't go under the radar.
