This month the Employee Hub gets its own chat, so colleagues can message each other one to one or in groups without leaving the place they request time off and track hours. HR teams preparing for the EU pay transparency rules can now run a company-wide pay gap analysis in Salesforce and export it. And skills have been rebuilt around the question managers actually ask: how does this person, or this team, compare to what the position needs?

AI Assistant and Self-Service Overtime

This month brings two ways to take work off HR's desk. Organisations on a paid flair AI plan can switch on an assistant that answers employees' questions from their own HR data, so the routine ones stop landing in your inbox. And employees can now cash out their own accrued overtime, as money or as time off, without a single email.

Rest Periods and Overlapping Absences

This month flair takes on two of the fiddliest compliance jobs in workforce management and does them for you. flair can now enforce the minimum rest an employee is legally owed before they clock in again, and it can convert a vacation day into sick leave automatically when someone falls ill mid-holiday — no more HR fixing records by hand in Salesforce. Around that: a skills catalog that finally organises itself, custom fields on time entries, and a kiosk pass you carry on your phone.

Recruiting Inbox and Compensation Reviews

This month flair brings more of your day-to-day into one place. Recruiters get a full candidate email inbox inside the Recruiting app — no more jumping out to a separate mail client — and managers can now run and approve compensation reviews right in the Employee Hub. Add reports you can chart and export, multiple branded Employee Hubs, custom Hub navigation, and a stack of smaller improvements.

Mobile Approvals and Pinned Announcements

This month flair gets more reachable wherever you happen to be. The mobile app picks up real-time push notifications and the ability to act on approval requests straight from your phone, and Company Announcements get a long-awaited pin-to-top behaviour plus more reliable acknowledgement tracking. Plus folders for company documents, kiosk login by face scan, and a handful of smaller improvements.

Our new Compensation Rules feature streamlines how you manage employee compensation across your organization. Other updates include mobile app and shift planner improvements.

Deeper Insights Into Performance
