No. You pay flair the catalog price, charged to the payment method used for your flair subscription. You cannot use an existing LinkedIn contract through this catalog.
flair creates the candidate on the job, attaches the CV and stores the answers in Screening questions (Direct Apply). When you move the candidate to another stage, hire, reject or delete them, flair reports the change back to the board.
From the end of August 2026, LinkedIn, Indeed, SEEK, Naukri, InfoJobs and some other boards require Direct Apply at the platform level. Your account manager activates Direct Apply per board; until then, its controls do not appear at checkout.
Job Wrapping imports your open jobs into LinkedIn Recruiter about every six hours and requires a LinkedIn Recruiter contract. Organic posting delivers jobs through LinkedIn's basic job posting once a Company Page admin enables it. Use one per Career Portal to avoid duplicate listings.
You can stop a paid campaign at any time, but it cannot be restored and is still charged. Organic posting can be disabled for a whole Career Portal or for single jobs, and closed jobs are removed from the organic feed automatically.
