E-Signature Workflow Tasks

Streamline your document approval process with flair's new e-signature capability for workflows. This powerful addition enables you to seamlessly integrate document signing into your existing HR processes, eliminating the need for printing, manual signatures, and scanning.

Simply attach your document to the workflow, specify the required signatories, and track the signing status. For instance, when onboarding a new employee, you can now create a workflow that automatically routes the employment contract through all necessary parties – from the hiring manager to HR and finally to the new hire – collecting legally binding signatures along the way.

The system tracks the document's progress in real-time, sends automated reminders to pending signatories, and securely stores the finalized document for future reference. This not only accelerates the signing process but also ensures compliance and provides a clear audit trail of all signatures.

New Project Widget

The new Projects tab in your Salesforce employee records allows for a more organized and user-friendly way to manage project components You can easily search for and assign projects to employees directly from the employee interface, streamlining the process of project management.

This feature not only improves accessibility to project information but also enhances collaboration by ensuring that all team members have clear visibility of their assigned tasks.

Remove Employee Hub Accounts in Salesforce

To streamline your user management, we’ve added the functionality to remove Employee Hub accounts directly within Salesforce. This feature allows administrators to manage user accounts more efficiently, ensuring that your system remains organized and up-to-date.

Improved View for Additional Managers

We’re pleased to introduce a powerful enhancement designed specifically for managers overseeing other managers. The new Additional Managers tab in the Salesforce interface provides a comprehensive view of managerial hierarchies and data access assignments.

With this feature, managers can easily assign and manage access for their team members, and grant additional permissions.

Adjust Time Balance to Zero

In response to user feedback, we’ve implemented the ability to adjust time balances to zero. This feature is particularly useful for ensuring that your records are accurate. It simplifies the process of resetting time balances, making it easier for HR teams to maintain precise records.

Limit Time Tracking Setting Added

It’s now possible to limit time tracking on non-working days. Previously, you could only block time tracking completely on certain days. With this update, you can set a maximum limit for working hours on non-working days, giving you more flexibility in your time tracking.

Filter Project Timesheets with Comments

Users can now easily filter their weekly timesheet records in the Employee Hub to display only those entries that include comments. This improvement helps you focus on the timesheets that require your attention.

Seamless Manager Transition for Employee Absences

This new feature ensures a smooth handover of employee absence information when a team member changes managers, eliminating the common pain point of lost tracking and miscommunication.

Now, when an employee moves to a new team or department, all pending absence requests and historical absence data automatically transfer to the new manager's dashboard. This update reduces the administrative burden for HR professionals and provides managers with a comprehensive, real-time view of their team's absence landscape, ensuring no critical information falls through the cracks during organizational transitions.
