It’s the update you’ve been waiting for – we’re proud to release the improved version of the flair mobile app! Track time, request absences, and view your documents on the go.

Track Time on the Go

Meeting customers in another location or working on the train? There are many occasions when your work might take you away from your desk. The flair mobile app makes it easy for you to track your time in these situations. Just like the time tracker in our Employee Hub, you can easily clock in, clock out, and take breaks at the touch of a button.

What’s more, our new app is now native to iOS, which means better performance and responsiveness. If you have iOS 16, you can also use Apple’s Live Activities feature to see your tracked time even from your lock screen.

Request Absences Anywhere

From the home screen in our mobile app, you can instantly see which of your colleagues are absent today. And if you feel like going on vacation, you can check your remaining vacation days and request time off.

You can also request sick leave in the app – which is convenient if you’re feeling under the weather and aren’t at your work computer.

Mobile Document Management

Sometimes, you might want to check an important document, such as your work contract or payslips, while you’re out and about. The flair mobile app makes this super easy. Securely view, download, and even upload documents in seconds. And if you change your address, bank account details, or any other personal information, you can instantly update them in the app.

Our iOS-native app is just the first step towards a more mobile flair experience. In the coming months, you can expect to see more of your favorite Employee Hub features to be released. And don’t worry if you’re an Android user: The Android app is on its way, we promise!
