How Customer Support Access Works on Salesforce

Get specialized support for implementation and queries. All you need to do is grant flair access to the applications. Here’s how to allow a helpful flair customer service agent temporary access to your app:

  • In your flair app on Salesforce, go to Settings located under your user icon and profile image at the top right of the screen
Grant Access
  • Next, select Grant Account Login Access from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page
  • Once on the Grant Account Login Access page, simply choose how long you would like support to have access to your app
Customer Support Access
  • You can choose a time between one day and one month under the Access Duration tab
  • Once you have made your decision, click Save, and support access will be granted. It’s important to note that you may withdraw access at any time.
