Finding the Allowances Overview
The Allowances Overview is accessible through the Attendance tab in the flair HR app on Salesforce. Here, you'll find Allowances in the first column, providing you with a comprehensive list of all your employees.
Filter by Date and Category
With our user-friendly filter options, you can easily sort the list by date and category, giving you a detailed breakdown of your team's allowances. For instance, you can filter by vacation days to see the employees who have taken vacation days during a specific period.
It’s Easy to See More
By clicking on an employee's name, you can access their allowance information, including the number of days they have used, the number of days remaining, and any days carried over from previous allowance periods.
It’s all conveniently displayed in the popout panel which allows you to view the employee's allowance information without leaving the original list, saving you time and effort. You can also export employee information as an Excel or CSV file.
