In flair, each company in your group is an entity record in Salesforce. You assign the entity on the employee contract and, optionally, on jobs and candidates. All entities live in one flair Salesforce org, so group-wide reporting and entity-specific processes use the same data.
Yes. After permission sets grant access to the records, visibility scopes restrict them by department, location or entity. Users with View All or Modify All access, such as system administrators, are not restricted by visibility scopes.
Yes. An organization with several brands or legal entities can run separate Employee Hubs from one flair Salesforce org. Each Hub has its own domain, login page, logo and entity assignments, and employees are routed to the Hub of their entity.
You create a payroll territory per country or region, each with its own country and currency, and assign employees to it. flair organizes the employee data for each payroll run, generates payroll documents and connects to finance and payroll apps, for example DATEV for German payroll territories.
flair is built natively on Salesforce and works best for companies that already use it. Companies without Salesforce can still use flair without any limitations to its functionality: we set up a Salesforce instance through which they access flair.
