The flexible HR platform built on Salesforce
Contents

Salesforce events can be great forums to share innovative ideas, troubleshoot, and get product or customer advice. Looking to connect with more Salesforce experts? Then, we’ve compiled a list of some top Salesforce events this year.

With so many conferences to choose from, the big question is which ones will you attend and why? Whether it's a meeting of like-minded individuals in your field or an industry summit with sought-after speakers, carefully selecting where you get involved can mean a world of difference in advancing your Salesforce prowess.

What Is Salesforce?

Salesforce is an innovative cloud-computing platform that helps companies of all sizes streamline and configure their customer relationship management and sales operations. Thanks to Salesforce, we can create our own custom apps tailored to meet the needs and wishes of HR professionals.  You’ll notice that two of our apps, flair Recruiting and flair HR, have been built on Salesforce. They are available via the Salesforce AppExchange.

To understand how flair operates within the Salesforce ecosystem, you can imagine the construction of a building. Instead of building from scratch, Salesforce provides companies like flair with the foundations and ultimately the freedom to customize their own structure – in this case, a smart, intuitive HR management tool. In return, flair provides its own value to the Salesforce community.

As a Salesforce partner, we enable Salesforce account executives to offer their customers smart HR solutions through flair products. If you’re a Salesforce customer or partner, you’ll know that the platform continues to develop and grow thanks to the people that use it. Salesforce admins, executives, architects, and customers all make up the vibrant ecosystem that surrounds the platform.

User experts and advocates known as Trailblazers are also a big part of the Salesforce community. You might say that Trailblazers are Salesforce gurus. They use the product to solve problems or innovate in various industries and pass their knowledge on. With a strong connection between flair and Salesforce, we always enjoy linking up with friends and Trailblazers within the community.

It’s a great opportunity to learn, chat with thought leaders, and identify ongoing trends. Interested in staying ahead of the curve in Salesforce? Then check out our top in-person events for 2023. They are sure to provide you with the insights and perspectives you need to be a Salesforce success.
